Making your payment

We only accept online payments via credit or debit cards using PayPal, please note you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. This will then allow us to process your payment as soon as possible and dispatch your items the same day. You must provide us with the card billing address when making an order, if not then your order will not be processed.

Shipping and handling

We ship to UK addresses only and to the address of the paying cardholder. Prices on the website do not include postage.

We value your security and as such we have done our best to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our website.

Returns & Warranty

At Saddle Safari we want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you have made, if for whatever reason you are not fully happy with the items purchased, we will refund the cost of the product, provided it is in a perfect saleable condition within 30 days.

All goods that we sell are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty, but this warranty must be carried out through us. If you feel that the item is faulty, please return it back to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase.
