The Chris King InSet 7 ZS44/EC44 Headset is designed for MTB frames with large diameter headtubes and forks with tapered steerers. So, if youre running a 44mm straight headtube with a 1 1/8 to 1.5 tapered steerer tube, you need this.
The InSet 7 headset, with its external lower cup and the patented GripLock® system to hold it firmly in place and keep it functioning smoothly, is as with all Chris King headsets equipped with the brands legendary bearings. These are machined simultaneously, for perfect matching, and get faster with age.
