Are you someone who used to enjoy riding a bike but for some reason hasn’t ridden for a while? You may have lost your confidence or just got out of the habit and need a little encouragement to get back in the saddle.

Then join us on one of our very relaxed Free Rusty Rides, designed to build your confidence and remove the barriers that are holding you back. Hosted by local ladies Claire, Sian and Olwen it is just a slow mooch around the town perimeter of 6 miles followed by Coffee at the Ark café, courtesy of Transition Town Marlow. You can chat over any concerns you have whether that is bike parking, locking your bike or road etiquette.

If you don’t have a bike or helmet, we can lend you one, if you would like to try an electric bike, then you can, if you want us to check your bike over and pump the tyres that’s no problem.

Simply meet at the shop at 9.30 where we can get you all sorted then out for a short ride then coffee.
