At Saddle Safari we want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you have made, if for whatever reason you are not fully happy with the items purchased, we will refund the cost of the product, provided it is in a perfect saleable condition within 30 days.
All goods that we sell are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty, but this warranty must be carried out through us. If you feel that the item is faulty, please return it back to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase.
Bontrager products are subject to the “Bontrager Unconditional Guarantee”.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bontrager or Trek aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt, to the place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
This guarantee includes Bontrager and Trek aftermarket components, clothing and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, we will return it to you at your expense.
