To compliment our recent Bike Cafes’ guide, we thought it would be fun to highlight some of the great local breweries with Tap Yards that have been springing up in recent years. They make a great destination for a ride — plenty of space for your bike, good food, and refreshing drinks. The oldest on our list is our much-loved Rebellion in Marlow, which has been refreshing cyclists since May 1993 (we opened the same month and year!).
You’ll notice Windsor is blessed with three breweries, so we’ve included a great route from Marlow that visits all three. The route is primarily off-road, reaching Windsor via Strand Water to Maidenhead, the Greenway, and Dorney Lake — returning via the Jubilee River. What better way to spend an afternoon with a few mates?
