This book will take you and your bike on adventures into the most beautiful countryside this special region has to offer.  All the rides are packed into a compact area so are truly 'local' and easily accessible.  There are twenty circular rides which give a varied choice of rides for any ability.

Each ride has its own "Difficulty" rating, "Beauty" rating and Length (in miles).

There are traffic free flat rides for the family in places such as Bracknell Forest, Windsor Great Park and the river, whilst the mountain biker will find challenging rides in the Chilterns.  All routes will take you on expeditions from castle to windmill, river to forest ... with a few dozen pubs along the way.
