Join the popular 30 or 60 mile route.
Experience the beautiful half-timbered and thatched cottages, lush green riverbanks and colourful marketplaces of Oxfordshire’s distinctive rolling countryside. You’ll cycle through pretty villages and towns following the winding River Thames as it travels from south Oxfordshire up to Abingdon and into the Vale of the White Horse.

Harwell is approximately 16 miles south of Oxford, just off the A34.

Chiltern 100: Sunday 6th June 2010

Location Great Missenden

The 2010 event is on Sunday 6th June and will have 1300 entries across the 3 routes, the same as 2009.
The event is non-profit making and is organised by sportifs for sportifs. It is is promoted by the Verulam CC (St Albans) and Amersham RCC. We aim to provide the top services and at best value of any UK Cyclosportive.

London to Brighton. Sunday 20th June 2010.

Come and enjoy a late Summer’s day cycling and help raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation.

Held every year to raise money, over 27,000 riders put their bums on the saddle to take part in Europe’s biggest fundraising bike ride. Beginning in the capital, riders set off on the 87km- (54 miles) route down to the pretty coastal town of Brighton each year raising approximately £2.5 million for the charity. Many of the riders are in fancy-dress and a great atmosphere prevails. Due to the Bike Ride’s overwhelming popularity, each year, thousands of applications to ride in the event have to be turned down so anyone interested in. participating is advised to apply early.

Birmingham to Oxford. Sunday 27th June 2010.

Come and join Birmingham’s biggest bike ride and help raise vital funds for the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Atrophy.

From the start at Solihull Sixth Form College the route follows beautiful country lanes across the Cotswold Hills to the finish at Oxpens Meadows, where you’ll be welcomed in with refreshments, music and a beer tent.

London to Oxford. Sunday 27th June.

A great Summer’s day cycling from London through the Chilterns to Oxford in aid of CLIC Sargent.

Starting from Walpole Park in Ealing, we stop at Fulmer and Burnham Beeches then have lunch by the river at Marlow before climbing to Christmas Common and Chalgrove on the way to the finish at Oxpens Meadows, where the welcome will include music, refreshments and a beer tent.

Getting There : Car Mattock Lane runs parallel to Ealing Broadway (A4020) off Gunnersbury Ave. (North Circular A406) north of M4 Jc 1. Car Parking available next to Ealing Studios, W5 5EP or use public parking in the area.
Parking at Oxpens Meadows (Finish) in multi-storey cap park opposite Finish area. (DON’T use the Ice Rink car park – you may get a ticket!)

Getting There : Train Kew Bridge (2 miles south of the park) or Ealing Broadway (Paddington mainline and District Line – the District Line takes bikes) and follow our signs to the start (signed from Ealing only).

Other Info Transport – A coach service runs once in the morning from Oxford to the Start and at intervals during the afternoon to take riders back to Ealing. You need to book this in advance. Cost is £22.00 for you and your bike. Morning transport to the Start loads at 06.00am at Oxpens Meadow.

Come and enjoy a late Summer’s day cycling and help raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation.

With a choice of a 37 miles on-road route from Richmond Green to Alexandra Gardens in Windsor or an alternative 29 mile route that’s perfect for families, both follow leafy lanes and through the pretty villages of the Thames Valley.
At the finish you’ll find entertainment, food stalls, a beer tent, music and sports massage waiting for you. Head for the circus big top!
