Time to Ride!

Thursday, June 18th, 2009

Well it looks like the good weather is finally here! With the longer daylight hours and dry roads and trails it couldn’t be a better time to step out side and jump on your bike!

We’ve recently taken stock of our new 2009 summer cycling clothing to help you keep cool and looking good on those long warm rides around the Chilterns! With events like the ‘London to Brighton’ ride just around the corner why not get kitted out with everything you need.

Could it be time for that new bike you promised your self last year? How about riding to work and getting fitter at the same time (or just stopping off for a cheeky pint on the way home!) either way it’s a good time to be riding.

Things are getting busy here at the shop with more and more people taking advantage of the TAX FREE Cycle to work Scheme, eager to get out riding and see what Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties have to offer.

Once again (with Mike putting in some seriously early hours) the guys in the workshop are working at full steam getting everyone’s bikes ship shape and ready to hit the trails.

Oh and I can’t finish with out giving a quick mention to mechanic/sales staff member, poor old Bryn. After a recent post-work visit to Aston Hill followed buy a lengthy trip to Stoke Mandeville A&E, he is now nursing a dislocated shoulder and an extremely bruised ego just in time for summer! Get well soon Bryn!

See you on the trails.
